865 SEO is my business, so I'm the person who reads what you send through this site. This page explains what I collect and what I do with it.
When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you type in: your name, your business name, your website and your email address. If you choose to add them, I also receive your phone number, your message and how you found me. The form also tells me which page you sent it from.
When you email me at info@865seo.com, I receive your email and anything in it.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects details such as your browser, your device, your general location and the pages you view. It doesn't give me your name or your email address.
I use what you send me to reply to you, to put together your free fix list, and to do any work you hire me for. I use the analytics numbers to see which pages are useful and to improve the site.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
A few services help me run this site and my business. They handle your information only to provide their service to me.
Clients sometimes give me access to their Google Business Profile, website or analytics. I use that access only for the work we agreed on, I never take ownership of your accounts, and I remove my access when our work ends.
I keep form requests and emails for as long as they help me answer you or keep my business records, such as the invoices I need for taxes. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will, except for anything the law requires me to keep.
To see, correct or delete the information I have about you, email info@865seo.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a free browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from recording your visits.
This site is for business owners and isn't meant for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
