Most of my career has been in marketing: writing, websites, email, and working out where customers come from and why they pick one business over another.
Along the way I kept seeing the same thing around Knoxville. Excellent businesses, some with 30, 40 or 50 years behind them, were losing customers to newer competitors. The competitors weren't better at the work. Their websites were just easier to find and easier to use.
That's a fixable problem, and it doesn't take a big agency contract. It takes someone local who will look at your site carefully, tell you plainly what's wrong, and fix it for a price you agree to up front. When you email me, I'm the one who writes back.
