Things I don't do.

No "guaranteed #1 on Google." Nobody can promise that. Anyone who does is selling you something.
No retainers to get started. Every job gets a fixed quote before any work begins — you approve the list first.
No bulk AI-written pages. Google's gotten good at spotting them, and so have your customers. I write the slow way.
No forty clients at once. A few at a time, so the person who audits your site is the person who fixes it.
No jargon in the invoice. Every finding names the page, the problem, and what it's costing you — in plain English.

Knoxville proper plus Maryville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Sevierville, and the rest of East Tennessee. Remote works fine — but being local means I can also just come by and see how the business actually runs.
